Employer Matching

Many companies match their employees’, board members’, or retirees’ charitable contributions.

Corporate matching gifts provide a way for you, as a Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust supporter, to maximize your personal contributions and increase the impact of your gift. By taking advantage of a company’s matching gift benefit, it is possible to double or even triple your contribution.

It’s a good idea to check with your human resources department to find out if your company will match your gift and, if so, ask them for the proper form. (You may also qualify through a company from which you have retired or on whose boards you serve.)

If your company or employer matches charitable donations, complete the form provided by them and send it to our land trust along with your gift. We will notify you when your company’s matching donation arrives.

If you have questions, or want to brainstorm about how this can be used to leverage your gift, contact Mark Pacilio, Executive Director, at (315) 779-8240 or email her at mpacilio@tughilltomorrowlandtrust.org.

Remember that every dollar your company and you contribute moves us all one step closer to conserving, and celebrating, the special places of Tug Hill.

Why I Care

We’re building a better tomorrow

It is so important to continue to partner with our local communities to protect Tug Hill’s most important wild lands, forests and farms that are a crucial piece of our economy. With the support of these communities and landowners we’re building a better tomorrow.
