History:The property was previously owned by Dr. Marvin Reimer, who purchased it in 1988. Dr. Reimer used the land as a place to go for walks, enjoy the woods and wildlife, collect firewood, and pick blackberries. Foundations of historic farmstead sites on the land are evidence of agricultural use in the past. The property was donated to Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust so that other people could enjoy the land as a preserved nature area.
