As A Volunteer at a Volunteer Project Day! We’re building community and having fun together while accomplishing some important work. Interested in becoming a part of our community? Consider joining us for one or more monthly Volunteer Project Days in 2024! On each Volunteer Project Day, we’ll complete a project PLUS focus on a natural history, cultural history, group leadership, trail building/maintenance or other topic.** Volunteer projects may include helping with office organization projects, preparing mailings, manning info tables at events, assisting at special events, assisting or leading walks or programs, creating and maintaining trails, creating and enhancing visitor experiences at our properties, hosting info and/or fundraising gatherings, assisting or leading natural history data collection, and more. We’re completely open to suggestions from you, too. **There is no requirement to attend a Volunteer Project Day to volunteer at any other time at your convenience – you can let us know you’d just like to be kept informed of upcoming opportunities.
