Blake Wildlife Sanctuary has been chosen by Colleen of Maynestream Magic for a Heart of Summer Guided Forest Bathing experience! Forest bathing, or Shin-rin-Yoku is a gentle, meditative walk that invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and connect with the natural world in a meaningful way. This guided experience includes sensory invitations, grounding rituals, an oracle card pull, and a solar tea ceremony to celebrate the light within and around us. Program fee is $25 per person. Pre-payment by cash at the Wellness Cottage, 608 Pearl St, Watertown or by Venmo @Colleen-Maynebutler is required to reserve your spot.
