February 23, 20233:00 pm - 5:00 pm « Nature Talk: Tug Hill Bird Quest XC Ski/Snowshoe at BREIA’s Potato Hill Farm » Family Friendly Event, Reservations Required Stay Tuned for a New Date! Did you ever run across a footprint on the trail and wonder what animal might have left it there? Come to the Western Town Library on February 23rd from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and learn how to identify a sampling of animal tracks! We’ll start by reading The Hike, by Alison Farrell, and use materials in the library’s new Tug Hill Explorer Tracking Backpack to learn the basics of animal tracks and more – both indoors and on a short walk near the library. Finish your exploration with animal track rubbings and stamp creations as a program souvenir! The Western Town Library has snowshoes available free of charge if needed – please indicate if you will need to borrow any when you register and we will contact you for more information closer to the date of the program.
