Tuesday Trail Walk September 10, 20246:00 pm - 7:30 pm « Tug Hill Traverse Trail Work Day Beech Leaf Disease Walk & Talk » Join us and the Black River Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club for a relaxing Tuesday Trails walk on the new trail loop at our French Settlement Road Public Conservation Area near Lorraine! The 1.5-mile trail loop travels through field and forest and past a series of small beaver ponds. The trail is mostly flat, with a small rise and downhill to start. There is one unavoidable muddy spot, so shoes that can get dirty are recommended. We’ll meet in the parking lot at 6 pm. Sturdy hiking shoes, some water, a brimmed hat and bug repellant or long sleeves are recommended.
