Trenton Greenbelt Snowshoe/Hike March 9, 20249:00 am - 11:00 am « Snowshoe Walk at Stone House Preserve Tug Hill Birds Online Webinar » THIS PROGRAM CANCELLED DUE TO NO SIGN UPS Join us for a morning exploration at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 9th of the Trenton Greenbelt trails, 7905 Wood Rd, Holland Patent, NY. Located in the Town of Trenton in northern Oneida County, the Greenbelt is a combination of public and private lands protected from development pressures by voluntary agreements with multiple adjacent landowners. These landowners have generously allowed the public to access approximately three miles of marked ski and hiking trails which cross their land. The trail system roams through mature forest and a unique area of sand plain, with easy to moderate terrain. Depending on weather, you may want to bring your snowshoes or cross-country skis for this outing. Make sure to check the morning’s temps, dress for the weather and bring along a snack and some water.
