Thompson Park Zoo
Did you know our offices are located at the zoo? By being located at the zoo we help them fulfill their national conservation requirements. From planting milkweed, to leading bird walks, we collaborate with the zoo year-round to offer fun, family-friendly events.
- Promote an appreciation of Tug Hill and NYS through conservation, education and scientific study.
- Educate families about the important of protecting wildlife habitat to ensure that snowy owls, mountain lions, and golden eagles will remain in NYS forever.
- Connect children with nature at a young age by offering outdoor education programs.
