DESCRIPTION:Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust will be attending the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Salmon River Fish Hatchery Open House Saturday\, September 27th\, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm! We and our fellow conservation organizations will be on hand to provide some fun activities and information all about Tug Hill and more! \nThe Salmon River Fish Hatchery is located at 2133 County Route 22\, Altmar\, NY. No admission fees or parking fees and no registration is required. \nStop by – we’d love to see you and there will be lots to do: \n\nTake a behind-the-scenes tour of the fish hatchery\nSee the salmon making their way up the fish ladder to the hatchery\nTry your hand with Air Archery\nCast for backyard bass with Oswego 4H\nWalk Oswego Soil and Water Conservation District’s short nature ‘trail’\nChat with a variety of conservation organizations working to protect our lands and waters
