In 2001, the Molineaux's donated an easement on over 240 acres of field and forested property. The property straddles the Oneida/Oswego County boundaries. The easement limits development on the property, and allows for forestry and farm related activity. The Molineaux's participate in 480-a, a NYS forest tax incentive program and the Federal Conservation Reserve Program, a cost-share program that encourages ground nesting birds by rotationally mowing open fields.
